Support Menstrucate’s Mission

During our menstrual health sessions, we educate the audience (mainly young girls starting their periods) on different aspects of menstruation including basic biology, nutrition, period products and more. We always end the session with distribution of free dignity kits that include 3 reusable sanitary pads and we also give out some of our self designed Menstrucate Yourself guides mentioning some key points that helps the audience take care of themselves at home during menstruation. 
We purchase these pads from a small social enterprise that employs vulnerable women to make them. In this way, we not only support young girls, but also contribute to financial empowerment of women working hard to single-handedly support their families.
