About Menstrucate
Launched in early 2025, Project Menstrucate is an initiative working to normalise conversations around periods and improve accessibility to menstrual education and safe, sustainable menstrual products for young girls as well as vulnerable women in need. Led by a UK medical student, Menstrucate combines education, advocacy, opportunity and sustainability to create lasting impact.

Supporting many vulnerable women through donation drives
Our Four-Fold Impact
- The girls and women we educate improve their knowledge on menstrual health and feel competent in dealing with their cycles without shame and fear. They also gain a reliable coverage for period needs in the form of our Dignity Kits.
- The pads we donate are sustainable and made of organic cotton. They last up to 2 years, keeping tons of single use period products out of landfills and contributing to environmental sustainability.
- The pads are handmade by vulnerable women from India, contributing to financial independence of women.
- Our volunteers are healthcare students who gain teaching experience and nurture soft skills like Intellectual Curiosity, Practical Wisdom and Future Focus through this project
